Marshall resides in Amata, but frequently visits Pukatja to see his family, many of whom are well-known artists at Ernabella Arts including Carlene and her daughter Vivian Thompson.
Marshall like to paint the Kaliny-kaliny story, named after a favourite bush food for Anangu.
